On 6th March 2025 we are launching the Status of African Women in Research Report at USIU Africa! Aligned with International Women’s Day 2025 and the theme "Accelerate Action," the event will unveil key insights into the challenges and opportunities for African women in research, drawn from Mawazo Institute’s 2023 Fellowship Programme applications and Academic Needs Survey. The launch will be followed by a dynamic student debate, fostering critical conversations on gender equality in research.
