We are pleased to invite our Mawazo Alumni to an online event on the 29th March 2023, 6pm-7:30pm EAT, during which we will officially launch the Mawazo Connects Network
The Gender Equality, Disability And Social Inclusion(GESI) workshop will launch a report among several activities to celebrate International Women’s Day, with the objective being to share the findings on patterns of gender inequality and
social inclusion in Kenya and to gather feedback that can strengthen the analysis.
We bring together African women researchers and scientists eager to participate in the discussion while highlighting the key components of African feminist movement.
Africa is home to the most rapidly growing cities in the world; come test your knowledge on how African ideas are building our future cities
The webinar will aim to provide approximately 100-150 women, all beneficiaries of either
AuthorAID or Mawazo, with an opportunity to
(1) share their experiences as women researchers working across the developing world and
(2) discuss strategies for addressing the challenges they face in common.
